i am looking for a vocoder that enables me to modulate one freq with another.(Vsti only)

this should be the case but with vocoders i came across ,you can´t pick the modulating freq.

it would be nice to bea ble to add harmonics or some sublteness from a flute to a different instrument.

perhaps there´s another way to achieve this.
